Peter J. Leveton is an Advisor to Grayson & Associates. Mr. Leveton has over twenty-five years experience as the Chief Executive or Chief Financial Officer of publicly and privately owned companies in healthcare, chemical manufacturing and natural resources, and real estate development. Mr. Leveton’s executive experience includes one Fortune 500, one NASDAQ–NMS and two NYSE listed companies.

Prior to joining Grayson & Associates he was for eight years the President and Chief Executive Officer of Romed Corporation and RMD Health Enterprises, Inc., two affiliated healthcare companies with interests in ambulatory care, occupational medicine and rehabilitation services, free standing diagnostics centers and psychiatric services. For five years during that period Mr. Leveton was also the Chief Financial Officer of the companies’ holding company parent, Rose Health Care System, Denver, Colorado. Previously he was for six years the Chief Financial Officer and for three years the Chief Executive Officer of Earth Sciences, Inc., a publicly owned chemical manufacturing and natural resources company.

Mr. Leveton's early career included management positions with the Boeing Company and Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Leveton has been the lead or a key participant in numerous financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate alliances ranging in size from $1 million to over $750 million. Mr. Leveton holds a BA degree from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon and an MBA from New York University.
