• CHF Technologies, Inc. - A private company developing surgical products for minimally invasive treatment of congestive heart failure. Assisted as consultants in a private placement of $3.9 million of Preferred Stock.

• Assisted as consultants in a $0.75 million private placement in 2004 for Military Resale Group, Inc. (MYRG), a regional marketer and distributor of a wide range of foods and consumer packaged goods to U.S. military base commissaries.

• A satellite internet access provider. Assisted as consultants in placements of $5 million followed by further placements of $7.5 million, $3 million and finally $2 million in Convertible Preferred Stock.

• A Y2K and internet company. Assisted as consultants in placement of $5 million in convertible debentures.

• A business-to-business E-commerce company. Assisted as consultants in placement of $9.6 million of equity.

• Endoscopic Technologies, Inc. - A private minimally invasive cardiac surgery device company. Assisted as consultants in placement of $6.5 million of Common Stock.

• A private e-health company. Assisted as consultants in initial placement of $3 million of Common Stock followed by raising a further $10 million.

• A private operator of medical imaging centers performing “ultra-fast” CT scans for coronary artery disease. Assisted as consultants in placement of start-up financing of $1.5 million and then complete sale of the company.

• A Denver-based private chain of skin care clinics. Assisted as consultants in placement of 2 rounds of venture funding totaling $3.5 million.

• A New York-based internet company. Assisted as consultants in placement of $625,000 of Common Stock.
